摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution caused by direct discharge of high percentage concentrated water produced by reverse Osmosis treatment,four types of agricultural water-soluble fertilizer solutions—KCl,KNO3,compound fertilizer(w(N)∶w(P)∶w(K)=20∶20∶20),and KH2PO4(all at 100 g/L)—were selected as draw solutions for pressure-free and non-regenerable fertilizer draw forward osmosis(FDFO)experiments.Further experiments were conducted using compound fertilizer solutions at 300,200,and 100 g/L.Results showed that the forward osmosis(FO)water flux of the four draw solutions decreased in the order of KCl,KNO3,compound fertilizer,KH2PO4.The higher the solubility and electrical conductivity of the fertilizer solutions,the greater the water flux of the draw solutions.Additionally,a higher mass fraction of K(expressed as K2O)in the solutions led to a larger water flux.The water flux of the compound fertilizer solutions at 300 and 200 g/L were 2.33 and 1.62 times that of the 100 g/L solution,respectively,indicating that increasing the concentration of the compound fertilizer significantly enhanced the water flux of the draw solution.Therefore,it is recommended to prioritize KCl and KNO3 solutions as draw solutions.For compound fertilizers,higher concentration solutions are recommended as draw solutions.
