The Influence of Transfer Subject on Long-Term Investment of Agricultural Land:Analysis of Intermediary Effect Based on the Characteristics of Agricultural Land Transfer Contract

Abstract
Improving long-term investment in agricultural land is of great practical significance for improving the quality of cultivated land and ensuring national food security and supply of important agricultural products.Based on the field survey data of apple farmers in the apple superiority area of Loess Plateau,the relationship between the characteristics of transfer subject,transfer contract and long-term agricultural land investment was analyzed by using Tobit model and intermediary effect model.The results show that:① Compared with small farmers,the long-term investment level of the new management main body is higher,and the investment intensity is higher than 118.13 yuan/667 m2;② There are significant differences in the characteristics of land transfer contracts among different operating entities,which are manifested as a higher proportion of written contracts signed by new operating entities and a longer term of contracts;③ The contract characteristics of agricultural land transfer have a significant intermediary effect on the impact of management entities on long-term investment of agricultural land;④ Family operation scale,plot size,fruiting years and planting density are also important factors for long-term investment in agricultural land.Therefore,in the scenario of perfecting and standardizing the agricultural land transfer market,the long-term investment level of agricultural land can be improved to a certain extent by cultivating new management subjects,guiding management subjects to standardize the transfer of agricultural land,and encouraging continuous farmland transfer to expand the land scale.关键词
