摘要

Abstract

In order to study the correlation between the physical properties of the aphid-susceptible parts of different Lycium barbarum varieties and the ratio of aphid number,the differences of physical properties such as wax layer content,vascular bundle depth and cuticle thickness in leaves of different Lycium barbarum varieties were analyzed,and the aphid resistance of different Lycium barbarum varieties was identified by the ratio of aphid number.The results showed that'Ningqi-1'was a high-resistant variety,'Ningqi-5'and'Ningqi-7'were resistant varieties,and'Ningqi-10'was a susceptible variety.Among them,compared with the aphid-resistant variety'Ningqi-1',the aphid-susceptible variety'Ningqi-10'had larger and thicker leaves,lower wax mass ratio,shallower vascular bundle depth,and thinner cuticle.The correlation analysis of 13 physical traits and the ratio of aphids showed that the thickness of outer pericarp,the thickness of lower epidermis of leaves,the depth of vascular bundle of leaves and the thickness of cuticle of leaves were significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of aphids.The mass ratio of fruit wax,the thickness of cuticle of fruits,the mass ratio of leaf wax and the thickness of upper epidermis of leaves were significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of aphids.There was a significant positive correlation between the thickness of leaves and the ratio of aphids.There was no significant correlation between the mass ratio of shoot wax,the thickness of mesocarp,the thickness of endocarp,the depth of vascular bundle of fruits and the ratio of aphids.
