Scanning Electron Microscopic Observations of Sensilla of Cydia pomonella
摘要
Abstract
Know the types and distribution of sensilla on antennae,compound eyes,leg and external genitalia of the Cydia pomonella(L.),and to inquire into its functions,providing reference for the comprehensive control of C.pomonella(L.).Cold-field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the structure and morphological characteristics of sensilla on antennae,compound eyes,feet and external genitalia of the adult C.pomonella,and identify the types of sensilla.8 types of sensilla and 14 subtypes were found on the antennae,compound eyes,feet and external genitalia of the C.pomonella.Sensilla trichoidea(ST Ⅰ,ST Ⅱ,ST Ⅲ),sensilla chaetica(SCh Ⅰ,SCh Ⅱ),conical sensilla basiconica(SB Ⅰ,SB Ⅱ),sensilla squamiforma,sensilla coeloconic,sensilla styloconica,Böhm bristles(BB Ⅰ、BB Ⅱ)and sensilla auricillica(SA Ⅰ、SA Ⅱ).There are 8 types of antennal sensilla,1 type of compound eye,3 types of leg,2 types of male external genitalia and 3 types of female external genitalia.There are significant differences in the types of sensilla in various parts of C.pomonella(L.),and sexual dimorphism existed in the sensilla of the external genitalia.关键词
