摘要

Abstract

To understand the damage caused by Liriomyza sativae to vegetable crops in Xingqing District,Yinchuan City,Ningxia and the physiological changes in the plants after being damaged by the pest,in this study,Image J software was used to analyze the gallery information to understand the characteristics of the gallery on the zucchini in Xingqing District.At the same time,the changes of chlorophyll content,tannin,flavone,PAL,POD and other plant physiological index of healthy leaves and leaves damaged by Liriomyza sativae were compared by spectrophotometric method.The results showed that the contents of tannin and flavonoids and the enzyme activity of PAL and POD in the leaves of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.),tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.),zucchini(Cucurbita pepo L.)and kidney bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.)were significantly higher than healthy leaves.The research results further clarify the defense mechanisms of vegetable crops and provide a basis for selecting resistant vegetable varieties and controlling Liriomyza sativae.
