蠕虫感染与宿主肠道菌群互作机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Interaction Mechanism Between Worm Infection and Host Gut Microbiota
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,increasing body of evidence has been achieved in elucidating the interplay between worm infection and the intestinal microbiota.Worm infections have been demonstrated to modulate the host's intestinal microbiota and regulate the host immune response.Furthermore,changes in the gut microbiota consequent to worm infections can reciprocally influence the parasitic environment of worms,consequently impacting their survival.This bidirectional interaction between worms and gut microbiota results in significant modifications to the host's gut environment,thereby influencing various stages of disease progression.Based on the classification of helminths,in this study,we comprehensively reviewed the regulatory mechanisms underlying the interaction of Nematodes,Cestoda,Trematodes and gut microbiota,as well as their respective roles in modulating the host immune response.Our findings offer valuable insights and serve as a foundation for further research endeavors in related fields.关键词
