摘要

Abstract

The priming effects is one of the important indicators to regulate the decomposition of soil organic matter,which refers to the phenomenon that the decomposition of soil organic matter is dramatically changed in a short period caused by the addition of exogenous organic materials,and is a key process that affects the dynamics of soil carbon pool.In this paper,the relevant research progress of the priming effect theory of soil organic matter in China and abroad was summarized,and five representative theories and characteristics of the priming effect of soil organic matter such as"co-metabolism""nitrogen mineralization""stoichiometric ratio""substrate priority utilization"and"soil microbial carbon pump"were expounded respectively,and the main factors affecting the priming effect of soil organic matter:the properties and characteristics of exogenous additives,addition amount,soil physicochemical properties and environmental factors,etc.were analyzed.The future research should be strengthened in microbial mechanism,influencing factors and practical utilization value.
