农机外包服务供给主体分化研究:服务绩效与适宜条件
The Differentiation of Supply Entities in Agricultural Machinery Outsourcing Services:Service Performance and Suitable Conditions

Abstract
China's agricultural machinery outsourcing services are booming and have differ-entiated into a variety of agricultural machinery service entities,and it is important to understand their formation and performance in order to further promote China's agricultural mechanization.In this paper,we study the differentiation motives and service performance including service scale and operating efficiency of individual farm machinery outsourcing service providers in China,and use field survey data from service organizations in Jiangsu,Jilin,and Sichuan to conduct empirical tests.The results of the study show that:in the same link of service,the business performance of inter-regional agricultural machinery outsourcing service is higher than that of intra-regional agri-cultural machinery outsourcing service supply mode;the service scale of part-time outsourcing service is smaller than that of specialized outsourcing service,but higher than the latter in terms of business efficiency;and the service business efficiency of multi-link outsourcing service is higher than that of single-link outsourcing service supply mode.Different outsourcing supply modes have different suitable conditions,for example,compared with part-time outsourcing services,specialized outsourcing services have advantages in areas with higher natural risks;compared with multi-segment outsourcing services,single-segment outsourcing services have advantages in areas with flatter arable land and more homogeneous crop varieties;and in areas with particularly tight or loose farming schedules,intra-region outsourcing services have advantages over inter-region out-sourcing services.The coexistence of multiple agricultural machinery outsourcing service supply models in China is reasonable,and local governments and relevant departments should encourage and create development conditions for it.关键词
