高碳糖中2-羟基亚乙基导向基脱除新方法
A Novel Method for the Removal of 2-hydroxyethylene Directing Group from Higher-Carbon Sugars

Abstract
2-hydroxyethylene is used as a directing group for the synthesis of higher-carbon sugars,but there are few methods for the removal of this directing group.In order to efficiently remove this group under mild conditions,m-CPBA/TEMPO/TBAB reaction system was used to convert 2-hydroxyethyl-ene to hemiacetal formate,which was selectively hydrolyzed by Et3N/MeOH to obtain hemiacetal inter-mediates.The hemiacetal underwent hydrolysis to result in the final removal of 2-hydroxyethyl after simple work-up.The reaction proceeded under mild reaction conditions and enjoyed a wide range of sub-strates,as exemplified by the removal of 2-hydroxyethyl from eight high-carbohydrate sugars with a yield of 49%~63%.The present method greatly improves the synthesis efficiency of higher-carbon sugars.关键词
