低浓度瓦斯吸附富集性能及应用基础研究

Abstract
The clean utilization of low-concentration gas is of great significance to improving the energy environment,slowing down the greenhouse effect and achieving the dual carbon goal.In this paper,commercial activated carbon commonly used in the coal mining industry is selected as an example.The structure of the activated carbon material is characterized by physical adsorption,X-ray powder diffraction,and infrared spectroscopy.The adsorption and enrichment effect of activated carbon material on low-concentration gas under different raw gas volumes and raw gas concentrations is studied.The research results show that when the volume and concentration of raw gas are 1.5 L and 3%,respectively,the purification effect is the best,the concentration is increased from 3%to 9.7%,and the recovery rate is 93.9%.In addition,based on the above adsorption experiments,a low-concentration gas automatic enrichment experimental device was designed and built,and its ability to efficiently enrich gas was verified through practical application,providing guidance for the management and utilization of gas energy in coal projects.关键词
