中国部分重点地区科技金融赋能新质生产力发展的机制研究
Research of the Mechanism of Technology Finance Empowering the Development of New Quality Productivity in Some Key Regions of China
摘要
Abstract
New-quality productivity,with scientific and technological innovation at its core,is becoming a key driver for promoting high-quality economic development by giving birth to new industries,new models,and new business forms.Technology finance plays a crucial role in fostering new-quality productivity through more efficient financial resource allocation methods,more adaptable financial innovation service capabilities,and more agile financial risk governance mechanisms.This paper deeply analyzes and compares the characteristic development models of technology finance in regions such as Beijing,Shanghai,Shandong,Anhui,and Jiangsu from aspects such as the top-level policy design of technology finance,bank credit,venture capital,and technology insurance,and puts forward policy suggestions for promoting technology finance to empower the development of new-quality productivity,including optimizing the institutional mechanisms of technology finance;accelerating the innovation of financial tools to meet diversified capital demands;and improving the infrastructure of financial markets.关键词
