Analysis of Hot Topics in Humanoid Robot Technology Funded by the National Science Foundation of the United States

Abstract
Humanoid robots have become the key to leading the future technological development and industrial competition of artificial intelligence,and studying the research focus of the National Science Foundation(NSF)in the field of humanoid robots has positive significance.Taking the National Science Foundation of the United States as the research object,this study analyzes the overall funding,institutions,personnel,etc.of humanoid robot related projects over the years through statistical methods,and uses LDA algorithm,Word2vec model training and other methods to analyze the funding focus and research hotspots of the United States in the field of humanoid robots.The research hotspots of NSF funding in the field of humanoid robots in the United States mainly include humanoid robot education and technology development,humanoid robot systems and control,humanoid robot task and capability evaluation,and humanoid robot environment interaction.It presents the characteristics of being mainly supported by well-known universities,interdisciplinary,multi departmental collaboration,and multi-channel funding.Potential research directions are screened through small-scale funding.关键词
