摘要

Abstract

During the recovery period of an AC fault,the delay of reactive power control of renewable energy units can lead to serious temporary overvoltage problem in the power system,which poses a threat to the safe and stable operation of the system.The grid-forming equipment has the ability of self-networking operation,which can provide voltage support for the system,and will help to stabilize the system voltage fluctuation.Therefore,for the renewable energy multi-infeed system with grid-forming equipment,the mechanism of overvoltage caused by the control delay of renewable energy and the influence of grid-forming equipment on overvoltage are first analyzed.Secondly,based on the fault response characteristics of renewable energy units and grid-forming equipment with virtual impedance current limiting,the equivalent model is established,and the method of temporary overvoltage quantification and risk assessment under multi-infeed scenario is proposed.After that,based on the two-infeed system of renewable energy and grid-forming equipment,the influence of grid-forming equipment capacity and overcurrent capacity on temporary overvoltage is analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness of the above method is verified by electromagnetic transient simulation experiments.
