Abstract
Through applying technologies such as digital twin,artificial intelligence,mobile communication,and the Internet to enable intel-ligent management of the Yellow River conservation and governance,the construction of digital twin Yellow River can realize the real-time monitoring,precise early warnings,efficient command and dispatch,and scientific decision-making.In order to provide reference for the dig-ital twin Construction in the Yellow River Basin and nationwide,this paper analyzed the"Three Yellow Rivers"construction system of Yellow River Conservancy Commission(YRCC),particularly the progress and achievements in the construction of digital twin Yellow River.Focu-sing on the improvement of capabilities of flood control project safety and flood defense in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,this paper proposed the key priorities for digital twin flood control project construction:strengthening the integrated"sky-space-earth-water-project"mo-nitoring and sensor network,establishing data aggregation,governance standards,and update mechanisms,improving the data foundation for flood control projects,accelerating the integration of mathematical models with flood control project data,enhancing the"Three Yellow Riv-ers"linkage and business applications.关键词
