镀铝型金银丝及其复合纱对不同染整加工条件的耐受性分析
Analysis of the resistance of aluminum-plated metallic yarns and their composite yarns to different dyeing and finishing processing conditions

Abstract
Pure aluminum-plated metallic yarns,cotton/metallic composite yarns,polyester/metallic composite yarns,and silk/metallic composite yarns are taken as the research objects,and the color fastness to friction,soaping,sun-light,perspiration,organic solvent,and heat and pressure of the yarns under different dyeing and finishing conditions are observed to evaluate the resistance of the yarns to dyeing and finishing,and the suggestions for the application of different types of metallic yarns are put forward.The results show that,except for some harsh dyeing and finishing conditions,the color fastness performance of the three different types of metallic composite yarns is significantly better than that of pure aluminum-plated metallic yarns,and the color fastness to friction,sunlight,organic solvents,and heat and pressure can be stably attained to level 3 and above.After evaluation,it is found that the friction and sunlight fastness index of cotton/metallic composite yarns under high temperature and longtime strong alkali test can reach level 4,which indicates that it is suitable for application in fabrics with high requirements of friction and sunlight fastness.Silk/metallic composite yarns un-der high temperature and longtime acidic test can reach level 4 and above of color fastness to organic solvent,sunlight,and friction,which provides a good theoretical basis for the use of the high-end apparel containing silk/metallic yarns.This provides a good theoretical basis for the use of high-end apparel containing silk/metallic yarns.Under the strong alkaline environment with pH over 12,the color fastness to perspiration and soaping of cotton/metallic yarns and polyester/metallic yarns is only 2-3 at the lowest level,so that fabrics made of these two types of metallic yarns have to avoid the strong alka-line conditions of perspiration and soaping environment.关键词
