Abstract
The effects of process parameters,including print passes,steam fixation temperature,and fixation time,on the print quality and mechanical properties of cellulose diacetate fabric(75AC25P)are investigated.Key metrics ana-lyzed included color yield,whiteness,abrasion fastness,and tear strength.The results show that under the conditions of 110℃and 10 min,when the printing PASS number of 75AC25P fabric increase from 2 to 4,the color yield increases by about 31.55%.When the steaming temperature rises to 135℃and the steaming time is extended to 20 min,the color yield of 75AC25P increases from 81.89 to 92.49.Moderately increasing the number of print PASS and steam fixation tempera-ture can improve print depth and wet abrasion fastness.Optimization schemes for different blending ratios and process con-ditions provide reference for the theoretical research and engineering application of digital direct jet printing of acetate fiber.关键词
