Abstract
The optimization scheme of dyeing and finishing process was systematically explored using nylon/cotton/spandex(70%+25%+5%)four sided elastic fabric as the research object.Fine tune the process parameters of pre-treat-ment,dyeing,and post-treatment,and verify the effectiveness of the process in accordance with national standards.The re-sults show that The fabric with optimized production process has a color fastness of at least level 4,an elastic recovery rate of 90%or more,and a shrinkage rate of 3%or less.The impact mechanism of process parameters on wool effect,color fast-ness,and elasticity was analyzed in detail,and the scientific and practical nature of process optimization was verified through data comparison,providing a theoretical basis for improving product performance and reducing production costs.In addition,future research directions have been proposed based on market trends and environmental protection needs,includ-ing one bath dyeing technology,development of spandex protectants,and application of intelligent dyeing and finishing technology.关键词
