Abstract
The printing and dyeing cluster in Keqiao,Shaoxing,has moved to the seaside,far away from the resi-dential area of citizens,resulting in parking and traffic congestion.In order to alleviate the pressure of traffic and parking,this set of dyeing factory's tracking system is specially developed.After placing an order for bulk goods,the dyeing factory assigns a specific and unique QR code.The documentary personnel can check the dyeing progress of bulk goods,the staff and working time of each process,and the estimated completion time of finished products through mobile phones.The docu-mentary personnel can check the progress of bulk orders at the company or at home through their mobile phone,thereby re-ducing the need to go to printing and dyeing gathering areas.The system can also record the water,time,steam,and vari-ous dyeing and chemical additives used in each process,and convert them into financial data for cost control.In addition,the records of water usage,steam usage,and dyeing and chemical additives can also be used to calculate the carbon foot-print,water footprint,and chemical footprint of fabrics,which is beneficial for the country's control of environmental issues.关键词
