摘要

Abstract

This paper investigates the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy(Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si)fabricated by laser wire additive manufacturing.The results reveal that the as-deposited TC11 titanium alloy contains 300~500 μm inclined columnar crystals with distinct layer banding phenomenon.The grain interior exhibit a basketweave structure primaryly composed of acicular α phase,α cluster and β-transformed structure.The as-deposited sample demonstrates an average hardness of 348.98 HV,with room temperature tensile strength significantly exceeding standard requirements.The sample shows average yield strength of 1415 MPa,average tensile strength of 1527 MPa,elongation of 6.95%,and t quasi-cleavage fracture characteristics.The average KQ of fracture toughness is 65.95 MPa·m1/2.The fracture toughness specimens exhibit tortuous crack paths with micropore formation during propagation,and secondary cracks are formed by micropore connection.In the process of crack propagation,the α cluster aligned along the crack direction can hinder the crack propagation to a certain extent.
