水温及流速对循环水养殖系统中前臀鱼兆幼鱼存活和生长的影响
Effects of water temperature and flow velocity on the survival and growth of juvenile Pareuchiloglanis anteanalis in recirculating aquaculture systems

Abstract
To explore the optimal water temperature and flow velocity for large-scale factory-style fry production of Pareuchiloglanis anteanalis,juvenile P.anteanalis with an initial body length of(1.37±0.06)cm and an initial body weight of(0.040 9±0.003 9)g were used as the research objects.Experiments were carried out to investi-gate the effects of different water temperatures and flow velocities on the survival and growth of juvenile P.antea-nalis in recirculating aquaculture systems.Five temperature gradients(8,13,18,23,28℃)were set in the water temperature experiment,and four flow velocity groups(0,3,6,9 cm/s)were set in the flow velocity ex-periment.The survival rate,final body length,and body weight of juvenile P.anteanalis were measured respec-tively,and the body length growth rate(LR)and specific growth rate(SGR)were calculated.The results showed that when the water temperature was below 18℃,the survival rate of juvenile P.anteanalis gradually increased with the increase in temperature.The final body length,body weight,SGR,and LR of juvenile P.anteanalis also increased,reaching the maximum value at 18℃,significantly higher than that of the other experimental groups(P<0.05).By simulating the water temperature with quadratic functions for LR and SGR,it was esti-mated that the optimal water temperature for the growth of juvenile P.anteanalis was about 16.81℃.The survi-val rate and growth indicators of juvenile P.anteanalis exhibited an increasing trend followed by a decrease with increasing flow velocity.At a flow rate of 6 cm/s,the final body length,body weight,SGR,and LR were signifi-cantly higher than in other experimental groups(P<0.05).Using quadratic function simulations for flow velocity with LR and SGR,the optimal growth flow velocity for juvenile P.anteanalis was about 5.07 cm/s.The results showed that the optimal water temperature and flow velocity could promote the growth of juvenile P.anteanalis,and the optimal water temperature and flow velocity for juvenile P.anteanalis(body length of 1.37-2.10 cm)were about 16.81℃and 5.07 cm/s,respectively.关键词
