摘要

Abstract

This study combined laboratory simulations and field transport validation to compare the effects of anesthetics(5 mg/L eugenol,40 mg/L MS-222),transportation durations(0,4,8 h)and transportation densities(30 g/L,50 g/L,70 g/L)on the survival rate of Trachidermus fasciatus,and the water quality and physiological-biochemical indicators of the fish during simulated transport were also analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The survival rate of T.fasciatus remained 100%when the transport density was 30 g/L.(2)The use of 5 mg/L eugenol could significantly reduce the ammonia nitrogen and bacterial count in the transport water,thereby maintaining a better water environment.(3)Anesthetized transport could reduce the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatinine,and cortisol in T.fasciatus.(4)It is recommended to transport the fish under low density(30 g/L)with a eugenol concentration of 5 mg/L to achieve the highest survival rate.
