脑电生物反馈联合舍曲林治疗青少年抑郁症非自杀性自伤行为的临床观察及不良反应分析
Clinical Observation of EEG Biofeedback Combined with Sertraline in Treating Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behavior in Adolescents with Depression and Analysis of Adverse Reactions

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of EEG biofeedback combined with sertraline in the treatment of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior in adolescent depression.Methods 131 cases of adolescent depression patients with NSSI behavior admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were randomly separated into a single group of 66 cases and a joint group of 65 cases.The single group received oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets,while the joint group received treatment with an EEG biofeedback device.Both groups received basic symptomatic treatment and psychological counseling.The therapeutic effect,neurotransmitter levels,levels of neuronal function related factors,adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the joint group was 89.23％,significantly higher than the 63.64％of the single group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were obviously increased in both groups,with higher levels observed in the combination group com-pared to the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The levels of astrocyte derived protein(S100),homocysteine(Hey),myelin basic pro-tein(MBP),specific enolase(NSE),and insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1)were obviously decreased,with lower levels in the combi-nation group compared to the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).During the treatment period,the overall incidence of adverse reac-tions in the joint group was obviously lower than that in the single group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scale for children and adolescents(QLSCA)scores of two groups of patients gradually increased over time(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of EEG biofeedback and sertraline can obviously ameliorate the clinical efficacy of adolescent depression patients with NSSI behavior,promoting the restoration of brain neuron function and the expression of synaptic neurotransmitters effectively,there-by alleviating depression in patients,and has good safety and certain application value.关键词
