南充市上消化道癌筛查人群癌症防治认知水平调查及影响因素分析
A Survey on the Cognitive Level of Cancer Prevention and Influencing Factors Among the Screening Population for Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer in Nanchong

Abstract
Objective To analyze the cognitive level of cancer prevention and its independent influencing factors among population for screening of upper gastrointestinal cancer in Nanchong,Sichuan Province.Methods By conducting a questionnaire survey on 824 residents to investigate their awareness of upper gastrointestinal cancer prevention and treatment,as well as their willingness to undergo health examinations,independent influencing factors were analyzed.Results The awareness rate of upper gastrointestinal cancer prevention and treatment among 824 residents ranged from 29.13％to 94.42％.The awareness rate of"ear-ly stage patients with esophageal and gastric cancer can be cured"was the lowest,only 29.13％.According to the cognitive score,all residents were divided into a passing group and a failing group,and the difference in scores between the groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The survey results of health examination willingness showed that only 2.31％of residents were willing to accept a physical examination once a year,and 79.85％of residents believed that they did not need examination if there was no discomfort.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,and family history of tumors were independent influ-encing factors(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cognitive level of cancer prevention among the upper gastrointestinal cancer screen-ing population in Nanchong varies greatly.It is important to focus on promoting and educating older and less educated individuals a-bout cancer prevention and control knowledge to enhance their awareness of cancer prevention.关键词
