摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the quality of life and caregiver burden in postoperative cervical cancer patients, and to explore their influencing factors, thereby providing an evidence-based theoretical basis for improving patients quality of life and reducing caregiver burden. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted using convenience sampling. The study enrolled 226 cervical cancer patients who underwent radical surgery at the Department of Gynecology,Yibin Sec-ond People's Hospital between January 2023 and June 2024,along with their family caregivers. At the 6-month postopera-tive time point, the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cervix(FACT-Cx),Family Burden Scale(FBS),and Care-giver Burden Inventory(CBI)were administered to assess patients' quality of life and caregiver burden.Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 26.0,including descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regres-sion.Results:The FACT-Cx total score for cervical cancer patients was 105.89±9.86.This comprised a Functional Assess-ment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)score of 69.96±5.75 and a Cervical Cancer Subscale(CCS)score of 35.92±7.41.Among these components, the CCS had the lowest mean item score(2.39±0.45),while the Social/Family Well-Be-ing subscale(within FACT-G)had the highest(2.66±0.56).The total score for FBS was 21.61±4.16,indicating a high burden.Among the FBS subscales, the Physical Health Impact dimension had the lowest mean item score(0.60±0.38),while the Psychological Health Impact dimension had the highest(1.54±0.41).The total score on CBI was 62.51±8.19,indicating a high level of burden.Among the CBI subscales, the Emotional Burden dimension had the lowest mean item score(2.52±0.79),while the Developmental Burden dimension had the highest(2.70±0.83).Correlation analysis revealed that both the FACT-Cx total score and the CCS score were negatively correlated with family burden(r=-0.151,P<0.05;r=-0.134,P<0.05,respectively).Additionally,the CCS score was negatively correlated with caregiver burden(r=-0.131,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both FACT-Cx total score and CCS score were independently neg-atively associated with family burden, while postoperative CCS score was independently negatively associated with caregiver burden. Conclusion:Cervical cancer patients exhibit relatively low postoperative quality of life, which is associated with in-creased burden on both caregivers and families.Postoperative FACT-Cx total score and CCS score were independently nega-tively associated with family burden, while postoperative CCS score showed an independent negative association with caregiver burden.关键词
