"冲脉为病,逆气里急"理论的临证实践探微
Exploring the clinical practice of the theory of"Chong Mai Wei Bing,Ni Qi Li Ji"
摘要
Abstract
Chongmai is not only an important channel for the circulation of qi and blood in the human body,but also closely related to the function of zangfu organs.It receives the qi and blood from the twelve meridians and is often referred to as the"sea of the five zang and six fu"and the"sea of blood",playing a crucial role in regulating qi and blood,governing reproduction,and maintaining the homeostasis of zangfu organs."Chong Mai Wei Bing"is a common clinical pathological state,which manifests not only in reproductive system disorders but also often involves diseases related to qi movement,typically presenting as"Ni Qi Li Ji".However,"very few practitioners recognize this condition."Based on profound literature research and rich clinical experience,Professor Zhang Xiao-ke systematically sorted out and deeply discussed the connotation of the theory of"Chong Mai Wei Bing,Ni Qi Li Ji"from three aspects of theoretical basis,pathological manifestations and clinical practice,and showed the practical application of this theory in clinical diagnosis and treatment,providing new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.It is helpful to deepen the understanding of hedging pulse function and pathological mechanism,and promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory.关键词
