糖肾方对DN气阴两虚证患者足细胞保护及氧化应激水平的影响
The effect of Tangshen Formula on podocyte protection and oxidative stress levels in patients with DN Qi Yin deficiency syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Tangshen Formula on the clinical efficacy,podocyte protection,and oxidative stress levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)and qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with DN and qi-yin deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into a control group(conventional Western medicine treatment,50 cases)and a study group(Tangshen Formula treatment,50 cases)using a block randomization method.The clinical therapeutic effects,TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose,renal function,urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),podocyte protection,and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 82.00%,which was significantly higher than 64.00%in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,but the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FBG,2hBG,and HbA1c in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the GFR in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the levels of UA,SCR,BUN,and ACR were lower than before treatment.The GFR in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of UA,SCR,BUN,and ACR were lower than those in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the excretion levels of Podocin,Nephrin,and α-SMA in urine in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum GPX4 and GSH in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of MDA and serum iron were lower than before treatment.The levels of serum GPX4 and GSH in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of MDA and serum iron were lower than those in the control group.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Tangshen Formula can improve the clinical efficacy,symptoms,blood glucose,ACR,renal function,repair podocyte damage,and reduce oxidative stress in patients with DN and qi-yin deficiency syndrome.关键词
