摘要

Abstract

For the fault detection and diagnosis of new energy vehicles,a remote fault diagnosis method based on mobile communication was designed.Combining mobile communication technology,cloud service technology,and UDS unified diagnostic protocol technology,a full-link remote diagnostic process from the terminal diagnostic platform to the vehicle-end controller was established.Through the scheme of combining active diagnosis and remote diagnosis,users were enabled to grasp the fault information of new energy vehicles in real time through active diagnosis,so that early warning and prevention of new energy vehicle faults were realized.When the vehicle met the diagnostic conditions,diagnostic services were actively provided to the vehicle through remote diagnosis,and diagnostic results were obtained.The proposed method was not restricted by region and does not need to connect a diagnostic instrument,so that the effectiveness and convenience of new energy vehicle fault diagnosis were improved.
