摘要

Abstract

In order to comply with the national environmental protection regulations governing the treatment of exhaust gases in the coating industry,a comprehensive study was conducted on the legal norms and specific requirements of local standards for exhaust gas treatment in chassis coating workshops.High-caliber design specification recommendations were formulated,targeting various process stages of chassis coating.The treatment methodologies for critical components,including paint mist,particulate matter,and volatile organic compounds,were clearly defined based on process and equipment parameters.The design concepts of paint mist interception plates were systematically demonstrated,and the design principles for spray booths and high-temperature incineration processes in Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers(RTOs)were distinctly outlined.These efforts had provided authoritative environmental-protection-oriented guidance for process design and equipment selection in the coating of chassis frame products for commercial vehicles,agricultural vehicles,and other similar applications.
