高速重载工况下基于精细接触区域的斜齿轮齿面闪温分布研究
Research on flash temperature distribution of helical gear tooth surfaces based on fine contact areas under high-speed and heavy-load conditions

Abstract
In order to obtain the flash temperature distribution of the tooth surface of the helical gear transmission pair under high-speed and heavy-load working conditions,based on the Hertz contact theory,an analysis model of the local contact area of the helical gear tooth surface was established,and the contact correlation function of the tooth surface was derived,the variation of the relative sliding velocity at the contact points was obtained.Based on this,considering transmission errors and load-induced deformations,a load-carrying contact analysis model for the tooth surface of helical gears was constructed based on the local contact area,thereby obtaining the tooth surface load distribution.According to Blok's flash temperature theory,a flash temperature calculation model under the local contact area was established,and thus the instantaneous contact temperature of the tooth surface was obtained.The results showed that the average error of the tooth surface bearing flash temperature distribution algorithm based on the fine contact area considering the tooth surface clearance and transmission error was 8.3%and 4.7%respectively compared with the traditional ISO flash temperature calculation method and the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication algorithm.Moreover,the results obtained based on the proposed theoretical algorithm were more in line with the actual situation than those of the traditional ISO flash temperature calculation method.关键词
