Treatment of Coronary Slow Flow Based on"Liver Generates Blood and Qi"
摘要
Abstract
This article explores the pathogenesis and treatment of coronary slow blood flow(CSF)based on the theory of"liver generates blood and qi",and finds that it is characterized by the emptiness of blood vessels as the root cause and the blockage of qi as the symptoms.Propose the treatment method of nourishing the liver and blood,soothing the liver and regulating qi.Clinically,Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)and the like can be selected to tonify liver qi,generate blood and enrich blood vessels.Chaihu(Bupleurum Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus)and Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)and the like can be used to soothe the liver,regulate qi and smooth the qi movement,which can coordinate the qi movement of the five internal organs and promote the generation of qi and blood.Modern pharmacological research has also found that above drugs have the effects of protecting vascular endothelium,inhibiting cell apoptosis,reducing inflammatory responses,and promoting angiogenesis,which can alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms caused by CSF.关键词
