归脾汤联合艾司西酞普兰治疗轻中度抑郁症疗效和安全性研究
Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)Combined with Escitalopram in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)combined with Escitalopram in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.Methods:A total of 120 patients with mild to moderate depression were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Escitalopram alone,while the observation group was treated with Guipi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The scores of the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI)of the two groups of patients before treatment,at the end of the 2nd week of treatment,and at the end of the 4th week of treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment and that of the observation group of patients with each syndrome type after treatment were evaluated respectively,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients was compared.Results:With the progression of treatment,repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in HAMD-24,HAMA and PSQI scores between the two groups of patients in terms of time,group and interaction effect(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).At the end of the 2nd and 4th weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD-24,HAMA and PSQI in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Further-more,there was no statistically significant difference in the therapeutic efficacy among various depression syndrome types in the observation group(P＞0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The combination of Guipi Decoction and Escitalopram has a good therapeutic effect and high safety in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.Moreover,Guipi Decoction is suitable for various subtypes of depression syndromes and it can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms.关键词
