施钙对不同品种花生荚果发育时期土壤微生物量碳氮的影响
Effects of Calcium Application on Soil Microbial Biomass Carbon and Nitrogen at Different Pod Development Stages of Peanut

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of calcium fertilizer on soil microbial biomass carbon and nitro-gen during peanut pod development period,two peanut varieties with different calcium sensitivity,'Huayu 22'(calcium-sensitive type)and 'L-2010'(calcium-insensitive type),were used as test materials,and three calcium levels including 0 kg/hm2(T0),150 kg/hm2(T1)and 300 kg/hm2(T2)were set in the experi-ment.The effects of different calcium application rates on the concentration of soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC),microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN)and the ratio of MBC to MBN(MBC/MBN)were studied.The results showed that in the 0~20-cm soil layer,for 'L-2010' in the whole pod development period,the con-centration of MBC increased with the increase of calcium application rate,except for kernel filling stage;ex-cept for the young fruit stage,T1 treatment significantly decreased the MBC/MBN by 19.2%to 53.9%com-pared with T2.As to 'Huayu 22',T1 treatment significantly increased the concentration of MBC by 59.8%to 170.4%and 27.1%to 123.0%compared with T0 and T2 treatments,respectively;from the young fruit stage to the pod setting stage,calcium application significantly reduced the concentration of MBN;in the whole pod development period,T1 treatment significantly increased the MBC/MBN by 97.9%to 496.2%compared with T0 treatment.In the rhizosphere soil,in terms of 'L-2010' except for the young fruit stage,the concentration of MBC increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of calcium application rate;except for the seed ripening stage,T2 treatment significantly increased the concentration of MBN by 25.7%to 123.0%compared with T0 treatment;except for the pod setting period,the MBC/MBN increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of calcium application rate.However,for 'Huayu 22' in the whole pod development period,the concentration of MBC under T2 treatment was significantly lower than that under T0 treatment,decreasing by 34.5%to 71.6%;except for the pod bulking stage and pod setting stage,the MBC/MBN increased with the increase of calcium application rate.In conclusion,the application of 150 kg/hm2 calcium increased the MBC content in soil,and exhibited a more pronounced enhancement effect for the calcium-sensitive cultivar'Huayu 22',so it could be recommended as an appropriate calcium application rate for peanut.关键词
