基于磁共振扩散张量成像的肝气郁结型青年抑郁症患者脑白质微结构完整性分析
Analysis of microstructural integrity of white matter in young patients with liver-qi stagnation type depression based on DTI

Abstract
Objective To analyze the integrity of white matter microstructure in young patients with liver-qi stagna-tion type depression based on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods Twenty-eight young patients with liver-qi stagnation type depression were enrolled as the depression group,and 20 healthy vol-unteers who underwent physical examination or recruitment in our hospital were selected as the control group.The sub-jects of both groups underwent head MRI and DTI scans,and the fraction anisotropy(FA)of white matter in each brain region was calculated to evaluate the integrity of white matter microstructure.Using Spearman correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between FA values in different brain regions and HAMD-17 scores in subjects with depression.Results Compared with the control group,the FA values of white matter in brain regions such as the right superior frontal gyrus,right inferior parietal lobule,right cingulate gyrus,right thalamus,left middle frontal gyrus,knee and body of corpus callosum were significantly reduced in the depression group(all P<0.05).The FA values of the right up-per frontal gyrus and left middle frontal gyrus in the depression group were negatively correlated with HAMD-17 scores(r=-0.325,-0.346,both P<0.05).Conclusion Young patients with liver-qi stagnation type depression exhibit exten-sive damage to the integrity of white matter microstructure in the brain.关键词
