基于R语言的国家知识产权局专利数据库中药复方治疗注意缺陷多动障碍组方规律分析
Analysis of composition patterns in Chinese herbal formulas for treating ADHD based on the patent database of the CNIPA using R language

Abstract
Objective To investigate the composition patterns of Chinese herbal formulas for treating attention defi-cit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in the patent database of the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNI-PA)using R language,and to provide ideas for the treatment of ADHD.Methods Patents meeting inclusion criteria for ADHD herbal formulas were collected from the CNIPA database up to December 2024.R language was employed to ana-lyze prescription data regarding herbal properties,flavors,meridian tropisms,efficacy categories,association rules,and cluster analysis,aiming to uncover patterns in ADHD treatment.Results Totally 110 patent formulas met the criteria,involving 138 distinct herbs with a total frequency of 796 applications.The top three most frequently used herbs were Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii),Yuanzhi(Polygalae Radix),and Fuling(Poria).Tonic and tranquilizing herbs were the most common efficacy categories.Herbs with neutral and warm properties,and sweet or pungent flavors,were most commonly employed.Primary meridian tropisms were the heart,liver,kidney,lung,and spleen meridians.Common herb combinations included Shu Dihuang(prepared Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Yuanzhi,and Shichangpu and so on.Cluster analysis yielded the three following groups:phlegm-resolving and yin-nourishing herbs[e.g.,Shu Dihuang,Wu-weizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),Fuling,Shichangpu],liver-soothing and wind-extinguishing herbs[e.g.,Shou-wuteng(Polygoni Multiflori Caulis),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)],and harmonizing and tonifying herbs[e.g.,Chai-hu(Bupleuri Radix),Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)].Conclusions The Chinese herbs commonly used for treating ADHD are Shichangpu,Yuanzhi,and Fuling.Tonifying and tranquilizing herbs were predominant.Herbs with neutral or warm properties and sweet or pungent flavors were favored.Association rule analysis identified Shichangpu and Yuanzhi as core herbs.Three groups were obtained by cluster analysis.关键词
