Abstract
In the period of fully mechanized mining face crossing upper-layer concentrated coal pillar,the broken structure of the roof has an important influence on the overall stability and safety of the mine.The existence of concentrated coal pillar will lead to complex changes in surrounding rock stress and directly affect the stability of roof and surrounding rock strata.The characteristics of stress and mine pressure behavior with the working face crossing concentrated coal pillar are studied.The results show that:When the coal pillar is concentrated in the upper layer of the working face,part of the roof caving will act on the lower working face at the same time,resulting in obvious mine pressure appearing in the lower stope.When the working face is in the stage of overlying coal pillar,the upper coal pillar is unstable,the migration activity is more frequent,and the law of mine pressure appearance is more intense.The stress distribution law of surrounding rock of the 31110 fully mechanized coal face passing the overlying coal pillar is simulated.The research results show that the stope stress field in-creases sharply during the period of the overlying coal pillar,and there is a serious instability hidden danger in the roof.By adopting a series of over-concentrated coal pillar control measures,such as mine pressure monitoring,large-diameter pres-sure relief hole,roof management and single support,the safe and efficient mining of the 31110 fully mechanized mining face has been guaranteed.关键词
