煤质活性炭对二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯多元醇的吸附研究
Adsorption of CO2-based polycarbonate polyols by coal-based activated carbon
摘要
Abstract
The removal of cobalt and zinc ions from the residual DMC catalyst of CO2-based polycarbonate polyol was stud-ied by adsorption method using CO2-based polycarbonate polyol made by Shaanxi Coal Research Institute as raw material.The results show that when activated carbon is used as adsorbent,the adsorption effect is better.Then through further paral-lel experiments,the best adsorption conditions for the amount of activated carbon is carbon dioxide-based polycarbonate polyol quality of 3%.When the adsorption solvent is propylene carbonate,adsorption temperature is at 90 ℃,and adsorption time is 40 min,the removal rate of cobalt and zinc ions is the highest,reaching 81.21%and 52.63%,respectively.In sum-mary,DMC crude CO2-based polycarbonate polyol refining process can effectively remove residual catalysts,which has cer-tain economic and practical significance for purifying CO2-based polycarbonate polyol and optimizing downstream products and processes of polyol.关键词
