Abstract
Traditional sluice safety evaluation methods often suffer from strong subjectivity, insufficient consideration of actual conditions, and low precision in weight calculation, which leads to unreliable evaluation results. To address these issues, this paper proposes a safety evaluation method for sluices based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combined with the coefficient of variation method. The goal is to refine the evaluation indicators and improve the reliability of the evaluation results.Taking the WD sluice as a case study, the effectiveness of the AHP+coefficient of variation comprehensive weighting method is verified. An evaluation system comprising 13 indicators is established using AHP,and indicator weights are determined via the coefficient of variation method.A safety evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively assess the sluice's safety performance. The results show that the evaluation score of the sluice is 29.39(within the range[0,30]),corresponding to Category Ⅳ,which is consistent with both theoretical and actual evaluations. This indicates limited flood and tide control safety.Continued operation would pose significant safety risks and could lead to accidents, making it necessary to decommission and reconstruct the sluice.关键词
