非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注治疗期间症状体验的质性研究
Qualitative Study on Symptom Experience During Intravesical Therapy in Patients with Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cance

Abstract
Objective To explore the symptom experience during intravesical therapy in patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer,aiming to provide a reference for clinical symptom management.Methods A total of 15 patients undergoing intravesical therapy in a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Yunnan Province were selected by purposive sampling.They were investigated by semi-structured interviews using a phenomenological approach.The interview data were analyzed using the content analysis method and Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method to extract topics regarding their treatment experience.Results The symptom experience during intravesical chemotherapy was categorized into three topics:1.symptom perception(local bladder irritation symptoms,systemic reactions,fatigue-sleep disorder,psychological distress,etc.);2.symptom impact(high financial toxicity,restrictions on sexual life,reduced quality of life);3.symptom outcomes(fear of recurrence,compliance and satisfaction,coping strategies,and social support systems).Conclusion Bladder cancer patients endure a substantial symptom burden during intravesical therapy.Healthcare providers should identify these symptoms early,monitor their dynamics,enhance symptom management,and implement targeted interventions to alleviate patients'unpleasant symptoms and improve their quality of life.关键词
