耳穴贴压联合耳部虎符铜砭刮痧对肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的效果
Effects of Auricular Acupressure Combined with Hufu Copper Scraping on Insomnia Due to Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of auricular acupressure combined with Hufu copper scraping on improving sleep quality in patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency treated at a Grade Ⅱ-A tradi-tional Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected and ran-domly assigned to a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group received con-ventional treatment+auricular acupressure,whereas the observation group additionally received Hufu copper scraping.After 5 weeks of intervention,the clinical efficacy for insomnia,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and quality of life assessed by 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)scores were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After 5 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of insomnia treatment was 95%in the observation group,significantly higher than the 80%in the control group(P<0.05);both total and domain scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);both total and domain scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupressure combined with Hufu copper scraping is a safe and effective non-drug treatment that improves sleep quality and quality of life in patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.关键词
