针刺联合西药对急性脑梗死患者脑血管阻力及血清内脂素水平的影响
Effect of acupuncture plus Western medicines on cerebral vascular resistance and serum visfatin levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of simultaneous brain-gut-regulating acupuncture plus butylphthalide on cerebral vascular resistance(CVR)and serum visfatin levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method A retrospective analysis was made of data on 80 ACI patients were allocated to a conventional treatment group(41 cases)and an acupuncture and medicine group(39 cases)according to different therapeutic methods.Both groups were given basic treatment.The conventional treatment group received oral administration of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and intravenous drips of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and the acupuncture and medicine group,simultaneous brain-gut-regulating acupuncture in addition.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,middle cerebral artery mean velocity(Vm),CVR were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The serum motilin(MTL),substance P(SP)and visfatin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the NIHSS score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and was lower in the acupuncture and medicine group than in the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,middle cerebral artery Vm increased and CVR decreased in the two groups compared with before(both P＜0.05);middle cerebral artery Vm was higher and CVR was lower in the acupuncture and medicine group than in the conventional treatment group(both P＜0.05).After treatment,serum MTL and SP levels increased in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and were higher in the acupuncture and medicine group than in the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum visfatin level decreased in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and was lower in the acupuncture and medicine group than in the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Western medicines can effectively regulate the secretion of brain-gut peptides,reduce serum visfatin levels and improve neural functions.关键词
