面针联合通督调神针刺治疗卒中恢复期的疗效观察
Observations on the efficacy of facial acupuncture plus Du-unblocking and mind-regulating acupuncture for convalescent stroke

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of facial acupuncture plus Du-unblocking and mind-regulating acupuncture in convalescent stroke patients.Method A prospective randomized controlled method was used to enroll 98 convalescent stroke patients.They were allocated,using a simple randomization method,to observation and control groups,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment,and the control group was given Du-unblocking and mind-regulating acupuncture,and the observation group was given facial acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Balance functions(10-m walk speed,stand-up and walk timing test,and the Berg Balance Scale score),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and the Sheikh Torso Control Scale score were observed,serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),nerve growth factor(NGF)and S100 calcium-binding protein β(S100β)were measured and cerebral hemodynamics was assessed by transcranial Doppler in two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,10-m walk test speed and stand-up and walk timing test time decreased in the two groups compared with before,the Berg Balance Scale score and the Sheikh Torso Control Scale score increased in the two groups compared with before,and were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum NGF level and middle cerebral artery systolic velocity(Vs),diastolic velocity(Vd)and mean velocity(Vm)increased,serum NSE and S100β levels and the NIHSS score decreased in the two groups compared with before,and were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total efficacy rate was 89.8%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.5%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of symptomatic treatment,facial acupuncture plus Du-unblocking and mind-regulating acupuncture is clinically more effective than Du-unblocking and mind-regulating acupuncture alone in treating convalescent stroke patients.关键词
