温通针法联合中药治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察及对血清胃蛋白酶原和炎症因子水平的影响
Observation on the efficacy of Wentong acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicines in the treatment of HP-positive chronic atrophic gastritis and its effect on the levels of serum pepsinogen and inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy Wentong acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicines in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic atrophic gastritis and its effect on the levels of serum pepsinogen and inflammatory factors.Method A total of 112 cases of HP-positive chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 56 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with quadruple eradication therapy,the control group was treated with Gui Jiang Xiang Shen decoction,and the study group was treated with Wentong acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Before and after the treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pattern scores,serum pepsinogen[pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)]and inflammatory factors[(interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)]levels were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of the study group was 94.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM pattern scores of both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α and NF-κB levels were reduced in both groups(P＜0.05),and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the quadruple eradication therapy,the combination of Wentong acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis,improve the inflammatory response,and up-regulate the level of pepsinogen.关键词
