智慧城市运行模型标准支撑城镇可持续发展
Standards for Smart City Operating Models Support Sustainable Urban Development
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The paper aims to study the methods and tools provided by the smart city operation model standards,as well as their application in promoting sustainable urban development,in order to provide support for new urbanization construction in China.[Methods]Through literature review and comparative analysis methods,this paper analyzes smart city operating models in ISO 37106:2021,GB/T 41150-2021 and their applications.[Results]The smart city operating models include three aspects:strategy management,citizen-centric service management,and digital and physical resource management.The implementation of the models have promoted the development of international standards in sustainable cities and communities for the special events,citizen-centric,AI applications which are proposed and developed by Chinese experts,and also provide the technical foundation for the study and construction of intelligent management model to promote sustainable urban development in China.[Conclusion]The standard does not describe a one-size-fits-all smart city operating model,but provides a reference model and guidance.Based on the model,practical model applications can be made to achieve the vision of sustainable development.It is necessary to further promote the implementation of standards for smart city operating models to support urban sustainable development.关键词
