松树离体再生和遗传转化体系的研究进展
Research Progress in In Vitro Regeneration System and Genetic Transformation System for Pinus

Abstract
Pine is a commercially significant forest species.The conventional breeding methods currently in use are unable to meet the demand for improving pine germplasm.However,modem molecular breeding technology allows for the rapid cultivation of new pine germplasm with superior traits.The establishment of a pine genetic transformation system facilitates the understanding of pine gene functions and provides the basis for subsequent genetic improvement.The highly efficient regeneration system serves as the basis for the genetic transformation system.This paper reviews the research progress in establishing regeneration and genetic transformation systems for pine.It focuses on the two regeneration pathways of organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis and their influencing factors,Agrobacterium-mediated and gene gun-mediated genetic transformation and their influencing factors,and the molecular mechanisms regulating in vitro regeneration.The existing problems associated with pine's regeneration and genetic transformation systems are further examined.The review attempts to offer references for future research and investigation in this field.关键词
