摘要

Abstract

The decline of forestland productivity caused by continuous planting of Chinese fir plantations in southern forest areas has been a prominent problem restricting its sustainable development.Chinese fir root residues is an important component of forest litters,and the allelopathic substances generated in the process of the residues decay and decomposition have a significant impact on growth of Chinese fir seeds and seedlings,which seriously restricts the establishment and renewal of Chinese fir plantations.The substances greatly interfere with the diversity of soil biological communities,breaking the soil ecological balance and imposing a profound impact on forest ecosystems.It is one of the important factors that lead to the decreasing soil fertility in Chinese fir plantations.The paper reviews the types,release pathways and influencing factors of allelopathic substances in root residues of Chinese fir,analyzes the patterns how the substances influence seed germination,seedling growth and stand growth of Chinese fir,and further summarizes their influence on the diversity of biological communities such as soil animals and microorganisms.At the end,the prospect of the future research direction is discussed.
