Aluminum alloy,with its light weight,high strength and excellent corrosion resistance,is widely used in aerospace,automobile manufacturing,construction and other industries.However,the casting process is susceptible to multiple factors,such as raw material purity,melting temperature,alloy element ratio,gas removal and refining effect,mold design and cooling conditions,which are directly related to the intrinsic quality and surface integrity of the casting.By analyzing the key factors of aluminum alloy casting process,the control strategy to improve the quality of aluminum alloy casting provides a solid foundation for the wide application of aluminum alloy materials.
