基于国家专利的中药复方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的数据挖掘研究
Data Mining of Patented Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Prescriptions for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze medication and compatibility rules of patented traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and to provide references for developing new TCM herbal formulae.Methods Data of patented TCM compound prescriptions for NAFLD were retrieved from the China National Intellectual Property Administration website(https://www.cnipa.gov.cn/)up to October 13,2023.Then,frequency statistics,Apriori association rule modeling,and clustering analysis were conducted using the R lan-guage.Additionally,topological attributes were calculated,and a core complex network was constructed using Cytoscape 3.7.2.Results A total of 217 patented TCM compound prescriptions for NAFLD were included,involving 697 different medicines.The most frequently used herbs were Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(90 occurrences,41.47％),Cra-taegi Fructus(85 occurrences,39.63％),Alismatis Rhizoma(73 occurrences,33.64％),Cassiae Semen(65 occurrences,30.41％),and Bupleuri Radix(61 occurrences,28.11％).The four natures of these medicines were predominantly slightly cold or warm,and the five tastes were primarily pungent,sweet,and bitter.The above medicines mainly belonged to the liv-er,spleen,and lung meridians.Several medication combinations were discovered in association rules,including "Crataegi Fructus-Curcumae Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma","Bupleuri Radix-Crataegi Fructus-Salviae Milti-orrhizae Radix et Rhizoma",and "Bupleuri Radix-Crataegi Fructus-Alismatis Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma".By systematic clustering analysis,these prescriptions were categorized into five major groups.Complex network analysis revealed that the core medicine groups consisted of 22 herbs,including Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Al-ismatis Rhizoma,Crataegi Fructus,Poria,Cassiae Semen,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Potential prescriptions were identified below:"Clerodendron Bungei Steud Root-Abelmoschus Esculentus-Pholidota Cantonensis Rolfe-Curculiginis Rhizoma-Nepenthis Mirabiis Herba-Scorpio-Elsholtzia Cypriani","Scutellaria Yunnanensis-Daphne genkwa-Rubus Parvifolius-Salvia Kiaometiensis-Euphorbiae Semen",and"Lac-tuca sativa-Ardisia Maculosa Mez-Kopsia Officinalis-Coicis Semen".Conclusion The patented TCM compound pre-scriptions for NAFLD mainly focus on invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness,activating blood and resolving stasis,resolving turbid and reducing lipid levels,as well as clearing heat and soothing the liver.These focuses reflect the clinical treatment principles for NAFLD.关键词
