中医药领域肠道菌群与心血管疾病相关研究的可视化分析
Visualized Analysis of Research on Gut Microbiota and Cardiovascular Diseases in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To objectively and quantitatively analyze the current status and research hotspots of studies on cardiovascular diseases and gut microbiota within the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and provide guidance for future clinical applications and in-depth research.Methods Relevant literature on cardiovascular diseases and gut microbiota in the field of TCM,published from January 1,2023 to December 31,2023,was retrieved from the Web of Sci-ence,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,and Wanfang Data.Literature screening was conducted through manual review and the NoteExpress reference manager.Annual publication volume and journal distribution were analyzed.CiteSpace software was used to perform systematic analysis of authors,institutions,and keywords and generate rel-evant knowledge maps.Results After screening,503 Chinese articles and 336 English articles were included,and the an-nual number of publications showed an overall increasing trend.Authors such as Jin Hua and YANG,TAO published more articles in both Chinese and English.The institutions with the most publications were Hunan University of Chinese Medi-cine for Chinese articles and Peking Union Medical College,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences for English articles.Through the analysis of Chinese and English keywords,it was found that gut microbiota,hypertension,coronary heart dis-ease,bile acids,and phosphatidylcholine had a high frequency of occurrence,generating 18 clusters and 33 burst keywords.Conclusion Through comprehensive analysis,it is found that the current research trends and hotspots in this field mainly focus on the species of gut microbiota,the impact of microbial metabolites on cardiovascular disease pathogenesis,and the therapeutic role of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
