Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Currently,there is a lack of consensus in China on the integrated diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules combi-ning traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine.To develop clinical guidelines for the integrated diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules,experts from multiple disciplines,including TCM,oncology,pulmonology,and radiology,conducted extensive discussions and reached a consensus.Following clinical practice guideline development standards,the consensus group formulated expert recommendations on the definition,etiology,diagnosis,and stratified management of pulmonary nodules.The consensus clarifies treatment strategies for pulmonary nodules at different risk levels,emphasizes the timing of TCM intervention and principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and proposes combined approaches based on"disease differentiation+syndrome differentiation"and"disease differentiation+constitution differentiation".It also establishes efficacy evaluation criteria based on imaging and symptomatology.This consensus aims to improve the level of integrated diagnosis and treatment of pulmona-ry nodules and provides important guidance for clinical practice.关键词
