Abstract
At present,the pumped-storage power station is a clean and flexible power supply,with the most mature technology,most suitable for large-scale development,superior economy and better matching effect with new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation.Under the guidance of the"Carbon peak and carbon neutrality"goal,the pumped-storage power stations have now entered a new period of high-quality development.The preliminary work is crucial for the approval,commencement,construction and operation of the pumped-storage hydro station projects.On the basis of sorting out the development statue and existing problems of pumped-storage hydro station development in China,this paper analyzes the work content and key points of each stage in the preliminary work period,and puts forward suggestions for the preliminary work,which can provide reference for all stakeholders to carry out the preliminary work of pumped-storage hydro station projects with high quality.关键词
